Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in a facility
• Experience working in GMP/HACCP environments
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Monitor production equipment and manufacturing processes
• Assist with equipment setups, startups, and changeovers
• Perform quality inspections and documentation
• Support troubleshooting and process improvements
• Follow GMP, HACCP, quality, and safety standards
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams
