Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production, ideally in process technology.
• Knowledge of molding processes, machine operations, and production workflows in automotive manufacturing.
• Familiarity with process control systems (SCADA/PLC) and manufacturing software (ERP/MES).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Certifications like CMT, Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean, or Injection Molding are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with engineering-grade resins.
• Perform basic maintenance on tools and molds.
• Change colors and materials as scheduled.
• Follow quality control and safety procedures.
• Help meet production deadlines and resolve delays.
• Assist in finding and fixing causes of mold/tool damage.
• Troubleshoot injection molding issues.
