Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) registration strongly preferred.
• Up to 1 year of relevant industrial experience in process design.
• Fundamental knowledge of chemical/biochemical process design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine designs of less complex engineering assignments under supervision.
• Assist in developing conceptual layouts and cost studies.
• Produce preliminary designs and material take-offs for estimation.
• Create detail design calculations and material construction sketches.
• Ensure deliverables are organized for review and reuse by design teams.
• Collaborate with design leaders to ensure smooth project information flow.
