MBL Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Entry Privacy Analyst to support privacy assessments and compliance for a DC-area client. The role is remote with occasional onsite work and involves collaborating with Legal, Privacy, and IT teams to implement privacy controls.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of privacy experience, knowledge of NIST 800-53 Rev.5 controls, and ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. A Public Trust clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three+ years advising on privacy compliance and data protection.
• Experience with PIAs, SORNs, and privacy controls.
• Knowledge of data breach response and vendor risk management.

Responsabilités

• Review privacy documents like PTAs, PIAs, and SORNs.
• Develop and maintain privacy artifacts per regulations.
• Coordinate privacy activities with Legal, Privacy, and IT teams.
• Create and update privacy policies and procedures.
• Educate developers and system owners on privacy practices.
• Document SSPPs and assess privacy program gaps.
• Support privacy training and track completion.
• Evaluate user understanding of privacy policies.
