This entry-level role supports general machine preventative maintenance in a modern industrial environment, working from drawings and manuals, collaborating across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations teams. The position is 1st shift, non-exempt, requires basic tool knowledge, a HS diploma (ASE or trade apprenticeship preferred), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; ASE certification or trade apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and CMMS.
• Able to read schematics/technical manuals and communicate issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
• Document parts usage and complete daily paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform basic plumbing/pneumatic tasks on machinery and coolant systems.
