Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Builder 1 to perform basic assembly and building tasks for one to two types of machinery. The role requires 0–1 year of experience and adherence to standard work instructions under supervision.

You will use common hand tools, follow supervisor directions, and rise to quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Position involves standing, repetitive tool use, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in assembly, building, or related work.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and safe tool use.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and build machinery according to provided verbal and written work instructions.
• Use common hand tools such as cordless drills, nut drivers, screwdrivers, handheld snips/cutters, wrenches, and sockets.
• Follow direction from the Line Supervisor, Line Lead, or Trainer at all times.
• Notify the Line Supervisor or Line Lead immediately if a task cannot be completed as instructed or if deviations from the work instructions are required.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
