Job summary

Versova is seeking an Agricultural Systems Technician I to join our poultry production plant team. Under supervision, you will assist with basic maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems while supporting the maintenance crew to keep equipment running smoothly and safely.

You will learn through hands-on training, perform routine checks, and help with simple repairs. This entry-level role offers growth in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Basic maintenance skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in varying climate conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic equipment checks and inspections as directed.
• Help with simple repairs and parts replacement.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools.
• Record maintenance activities in logs or computer systems.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
