United Community Bank is seeking a Post Closing Representative for our Loan Servicing Department. The role involves reviewing, auditing, and finalizing loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include reviewing documents for recording, preparing mortgage releases, and coordinating with title companies to ensure clear titles; the role supports loan delivery to investors and day-to-day administrative tasks within the department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and execute more than one task at a time.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to independently perform duties, establish priorities and meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review new loan documents to be recorded and forward to appropriate County Recorder or Title Company with all related and required information and fees.
• Prepares releases of mortgages to file with the appropriate County Recorder.
• Monitors receipt of releases from other lending institutions.
• Follow-up on receipt of final title policies and reviews final title policies for clear titles when received.
• Works with Title Companies to resolve exceptions so final title policies can be issued.
• Perform secondary role in loan delivery to investors.
