Job summary

Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe is seeking an entry-level IT support technician to handle the technical side of Point of Sale stations and related equipment. This role has no supervisory duties and is an entry-level position.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues, install and configure POS components, train cashiers, and assist MIS with routine reporting. Flexibility with scheduling and occasional overtime is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on PCs using approved methods.
• Install hardware and software.
• Complete required daily documentation.
• Install/configure/repair network and local printers.
• Train cashiers on basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Communicate with end users and internal staff.
