• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in financial services, wealth management, trading support, operations, client service, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive and process-oriented responsibilities with consistency and focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and confident when handling phone calls and client-related requests.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and assist across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support trading operations, portfolio reporting, data management, compliance-related tasks, and client service workflows.
• Assist with trading entry, documentation, and follow-up for equity and fixed-income trades.
• Maintain accurate records of trading activity and ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Prepare client-ready materials and quarterly reports.
• Support Black Diamond data management and data discrepancy resolutions.
• Assist with Form 13F preparation for compliance.
• Collaborate with advisors, client service, portfolio management, and operations teams to ensure timely requests.
