Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or client service is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable leveraging multiple AI systems and learning new technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage client account lifecycle — onboarding, maintenance, transfers, and documentation.
• Support meeting preparation, including data gathering and materials updates.
• Assist with portfolio reporting and data reconciliation across systems.
• Learn Maslow’s core technology platforms with increasing independence.
