PAE CONSULTING ENGINEERS INC in Portland, OR is seeking an Entry-Level Plumbing Engineer to join our hybrid Portland team. Under mentorship you’ll learn plumbing system design, modeling, and documentation using industry tools like Revit and AutoCAD.

You will contribute to project teams, perform mechanical calculations, and gain proficiency in building codes while growing toward professional practice as an E.I.T.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and discipline work.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of plumbing codes and industry standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of plumbing system design, modeling and documentation.
• Use Revit and AutoCAD for design/drafting.
• Provide task-based support for engineering distribution and Plumbing.
• Assist with construction administration.
• Perform mechanical calculations and simulations.
• Design layout of plumbing systems.
• Complete assigned work with project team members.
