Qualifications

• J.D. degree or equivalent and Texas bar admission or eligibility
• Spanish fluency preferred to communicate with local clients
• 0–4 years of litigation experience; eagerness to grow in plaintiff advocacy

Responsibilities

• Help manage active plaintiff dockets in personal injury, wrongful death, and employment disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Advocate for clients from intake to final resolution with mentor support
