- Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
- Support ongoing court appearances.

- Moot court participation
- Fluency in Spanish
- Health insurance stipend of $500 per month
- Retirement stipend of $300 per month
- Relocation expenses available upon request
