Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help manage litigation strategy for active plaintiff docket across injury, wrongful death, and employment claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Advocate for clients and guide them through the legal process from intake to verdict or settlement.
