Our client, a prominent national law plaintiff's law firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent growth opportunity for an attorney interested in being part of a trial-oriented firm devoted to strong client advocacy.

The firm offers highly competitive compensation and benefits, starting at 100k-120k+ and up depending on experience. This position is on-site in the firm's office in Albuquerque.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a personal injury practice on either the plaintiff or defense side.
• Strong writing and research skills.
• Experience preparing for and participating in trials is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
