Blink Health is seeking an Entry Level Staff Pharmacist for a closed-door, onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA. You will supervise technicians, verify prescriptions, and provide proactive patient counseling in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy, safeguarding patient information, and collaborating with prescribers to resolve clinical issues while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Current PA pharmacy license in good standing (preferred).
• Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians and manage high-volume workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support the pharmacy manager in daily workflow.
• Oversee data entry and ensure accuracy and quality of technician work.
• Protect patient confidentiality and handle records securely.
• Own end-to-end transfer of prescriptions and ensure accuracy prior to dispensing.
• Perform pharmacist verification of filled prescriptions in a high-volume closed-door environment.
• Clinically review new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and address questions by phone.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues.
• Operate safely and compliantly with laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff across departments.
