Job summary

Core Laboratories in Nederland, TX is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to perform routine tests under supervision, following ASTM, UOP, IP standards. You will assist senior staff, prepare reagents, calibrate instruments, and ensure accurate data entry, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and understand analysis and safety standards in English.
• Assist senior personnel in setting up and operating lab equipment.
• Perform basic analytical tests from well-defined standards as assigned.
• Clean and sterilize laboratory equipment.
• Assist in calibrating laboratory instruments to standards.
• Prepare chemical solutions according to standard formulas.
• Enter laboratory data accurately into computer programs.
