Job summary

Black Rock Trial Lawyers, PLLC seeks an attorney with 0–1 year of experience for hands‑on litigation training in a plaintiff‑side personal injury practice. You will gain courtroom exposure, receive direct mentorship, and work closely with senior attorneys to develop litigation skills.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar member in good standing or eligible for imminent admission.
• 0–1 year attorney experience.
• Civil litigation coursework or trial advocacy during law school.
• Excellent research and legal writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Prepare and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and admissions.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Prepare for and attend depositions and mediations.
• Argue motions and hearings.
• Collaborate with experts, medical providers, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Communicate with clients throughout litigation and participate in case strategy.
