Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney in Aiken, SC to join a personal injury litigation team. The position offers courtroom exposure, hands-on litigation training, and the chance to work with experienced trial attorneys in a dynamic environment, starting with a manageable caseload designed to build skills and firsthand trial experience.

You will draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence; attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings; and

Qualifications

• Active SC law license in good standing or pending swearing-in.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with guidance from senior attorneys.
• Learn and execute litigation steps from filing to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial proceedings.
• Second chair active litigation cases with experienced attorneys.
• Collaborate with litigation staff to progress cases efficiently.
• Provide excellent communication and client service.
