Description

SalesBizLab is seeking an Entry Level Personal Assistant to support senior executives and team members in daily operations. This position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently while providing exceptional support to enhance overall productivity.

Job: Full time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends free

Pay Range: $1100 - $1250 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage schedules and calendars for executives, ensuring meetings and appointments are organized.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  3. Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and other communication tasks.
  4. Assist with project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  5. Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is properly stocked and accessible.
  6. Prepare documents and presentations for meetings and events.
  7. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document organization.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
  6. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
