Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an entry-level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician in New Jersey. Training is provided at the hourly rate, then a combination of hourly pay and commissions as you build your customer base. The role offers uncapped earnings and long-term potential between $60,000 and $150,000+ per year.

Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations or sites to repair dents, reviewing work with customers, and promoting services, with a path to higher earnings as you advance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
