Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician in New Jersey to join our growing team. You’ll start with training pay, then progress to a blend of hourly pay and commission as you build your customer base.

This hands-on role involves traveling to customer locations or working at sites to repair dents, reviewing work with customers, and promoting our services. No prior experience is required, with uncapped earning potential starting at $50,000 and reaching $150,000+ yearly.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
