Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Licensure: AHA Health Care Provider BLS Certification required or accepted with relevant experience for non-certified team members.
• Must Have One Of The Following: Virginia CNA/EMT/LPN or Nursing program graduate or PCT certification, on Virginia licensure scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, age-appropriate care as directed by RN or licensed practitioner.
• Monitor patients and update health care team on condition changes.
• Maintain safe, clean, stocked clinical location and assist with procedures.
• Obtain and record patient information throughout the plan of care.
• Attend mandatory in-services and training.
• Demonstrate teamwork and patient safety initiatives.
