Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Licensure: AHA Health Care Provider BLS Certification required; for non-certified team members hired before May 11, 2026, relevant experience accepted in its place.
• Must have one of the following credentials from Virginia: CNA, EMT, Military Corpsman/Medic with NREMT or Tactical Responder, LPN, graduate of certified nursing program, Patient Care Technician Certification, or enrolled student nurses who completed clinicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care per medical orders and plan of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to health care team.
• Maintain safe, clean, stocked clinical environment.
• Obtain and document patient information throughout the care plan.
• Assist in specimen collection for diagnostics as needed.
• Demonstrate ASPIRE Values and teamwork in patient care.

LPN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
