Responsibilities

• Handle patient access tasks including assigning MRNs, completing medical necessity checks, collecting insurance information, and processing physician orders with care.
• Operate the telephone switchboard to relay calls and support front-desk operations.
• Adhere to policies and provide excellent customer service with appropriate compassion.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographics, insurance, and financial information including payment plans.
