Qualifications

• USPTO Registration required.
• 0-2 years of experience in patent law or related field.
• Excellent communication, writing, organizational, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign USPTO filings, including but not limited to new applications.
• Review Information Disclosure Statements and Responses to Notices to File Missing Parts/Requirements.
• Address Notices to File Corrected Application Papers and Preliminary Amendments.
• Respond to oral Restriction and/or Election of Species Requirements.
• Maintain predictable 9 AM–5 PM work schedule with no billable-hour requirement.
