Adams & Martin Group in Minneapolis is seeking an entry-level paralegal for a plaintiff personal injury practice. This is a direct hire with an onsite work model. You will support attorneys from intake through demand and settlement, manage records, and coordinate with clients and providers.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills and empathy in client interactions, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus. Bilingual Spanish is a bonus.

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an Entry Level Paralegal to join a plantiff personal injury law firm in Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through the demand and settlement stage.
• Obtain, review, and organize police reports, medical records, medical bills, insurance information, and lien documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and third-party contacts.
• Support attorneys and case managers with case development and documentation.
• Prepare demand-related materials and ensure case files are complete and organized.
• Coordinate settlement closing documents and assist with disbursement processing.
• Maintain accurate case information within Salesforce and other case management systems.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or associates required; open to in progress.
• 1+ year of legal experience required; personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to handle difficult or emotional client interactions effectively.
• Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records, bills, and insurance documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume case environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
