Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a on-site associate to support manufacturing operations. The role involves loading/unloading parts, operating the paint line elements, and moving materials through the area while ensuring safe, clean, accurate work practices.

You will learn the process during a structured introduction, with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The position offers comprehensive benefits and on-site work 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, touch screens for equipment).
• Introductory level: primary focus is learning the process.
• Successfully complete introductory period (6 months).
• Respects safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on the paint conveyance system and inspect parts.
• Burn off oven and sanding table operations.
• Move materials in and out of the area.
• Maintain system settings and equipment for assigned areas.
