Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a on-site associate to support manufacturing operations. The role involves loading/unloading parts, operating the paint line elements, and moving materials through the area while ensuring safe, clean, accurate work practices.

You will learn the process during a structured introduction, with emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The position offers comprehensive benefits and on-site work 5 days per week.

• Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, touch screens for equipment).
• Introductory level: primary focus is learning the process.
• Successfully complete introductory period (6 months).
• Respects safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.

Responsibilities

Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

Essential Functions:

• Loading and unloading parts on the paint conveyance system, inspection of parts.
• Burn off oven and sanding table operation.
• Movement of material in and out of the area.
• Properly maintain system settings and equipment for areas assigned.

Education:

• Certifications: Forklift, if applicable

Quality Metric:

• Scrap Dollars
• Rejected or reworked painted parts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment)
• Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process
• Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)
• Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals
• Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe and clean workplace

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $18.50
