Job summary

Trane Technologies in Hastings, NE is seeking a hands-on team member to support manufacturing operations. This entry-level role focuses on learning the process, safety, and quality as you contribute to the paint conveyance area.

You will load and unload parts, inspect items, operate burn-off oven and sanding table tasks, and move materials in and out of the area while keeping equipment in good condition. Intro period: 6 months; benefits included.

Where Is The Work

On-Site (5 days)

Essential Functions

Loading and unloading parts on the paint conveyance system, inspection of parts. Burn off oven and sanding table operation. Movement of material in and out of the area. Properly maintain system settings and equipment for areas assigned.

Education

Certifications:

• Forklift, if applicable

Minimum Qualifications

• Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment)

Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process

• Successful completion of introductory period (6 months)
