Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking a Production Packaging Associate in New Castle, PA. The role involves packaging materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while adhering to GMP requirements.

The position is entry level with a 12-hour day shift on a rotating schedule (7:50am-8:20pm). Basic math and computer skills are needed, with a preference for a HS diploma or GED. Training will be provided within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Maintain punctuality and dependability.
• Work effectively with others in a team setting.
• Follow General Manufacturing Policies.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams.
• Inspect bottles for quality during production and packaging.
• Escalate any bottle abnormalities or quality issues.
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Move finished goods to designated areas.
• Support workflow by restocking supplies and setting up stations.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
