Altium Packaging in York, Pennsylvania is seeking a Production Packaging Associate. This entry-level role focuses on proper packaging of materials and finished products, loading and moving materials, and operating packaging equipment.

You will follow Good Manufacturing Practices, maintain clean work areas, monitor lines, inspect bottles, and help ensure correct labeling and packaging for customer requirements. This role may require overtime and offers a safety-focused, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience.
• Prefer High School diploma or GED/General Education Degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area and ensure proper labeling and packaging per customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to facilitate smooth shifts.
