Job summary

Altium Packaging in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an entry-level Production Packaging Associate to ensure proper packaging of materials and finished products. The role entails loading, moving materials, and operating packaging equipment while following Good Manufacturing Practices. 12-hour A shift, 7:00 a.m.

to 7:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. You will monitor conveyors, clear bottle jams, inspect bottles, apply correct labeling, and keep work areas clean.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical and computer skills required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Altium Production/Packaging Associate I within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor belts and clear bottle jams from lines.
• Pick up dropped bottles from production floor and place into designated bins.
• Inspect the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Move finished goods to designated area and ensure efficient set up of workstations.
• Ensure correct labeling, bottle description and packaging per customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow PPE and safety policies; maintain a clean, organized work area.
