Job summary

Altium Packaging is seeking an entry level Production/Packaging Associate in Phoenix for a 12hr A Shift (7:00 am – 7:30 pm). This role handles proper packaging of materials and finished products, loads and moves material, and operates packaging equipment while following GMP and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, monitoring lines, inspecting bottle quality, and escalating issues promptly. Reasonable overtime may be required; training provided within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills are required.
• Basic computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies.
• Monitors conveyor belts and clears bottle jams from lines.
• Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging, and labeling.
• Moves finished goods to designated areas and maintains workstation organization.
• Follows GMP and company policies; supports efficient shift handoffs.
