Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for the Packaging Department on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) in the United States. You will operate production equipment, load/unload machinery, measure ingredients, and perform quality checks on the line.

This entry-level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and willingness to learn. The onboarding program runs 4–5 days during the first week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned
