Uniti Group Inc. via Kinetic seeks an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents door-to-door, introduce fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and connectivity solutions in local neighborhoods. Paid training and coaching are provided, with uncapped commission.

You’ll use company tools like iPads and iPhones, set up orders and billing, and enjoy a strong starting base with commissions, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This is a hands-on, independent role that rewards persistence and people skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior sales experience needed; paid training provided.
• Ability to work in local neighborhoods and outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the right fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with a strong customer service approach.
• Use company-provided mobile sales tools to manage sales activity and customer information in your territory.
