Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is hiring an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents, introduce fiber internet and home connectivity services, and build a career in door-to-door sales in your local community. Starting base salary is $37,000 plus uncapped commission with a target total compensation of $85,000–$150,000 annually and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Paid training, monthly stipend, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather and terrain.
• Comfort using mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) for sales activity and customer information.

Responsabilités

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the right fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with strong customer service approach.
• Use company mobile tools to manage sales activity and customer information in your territory.
