Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti Group Inc., is hiring an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to build a career in door-to-door selling in local neighborhoods. You will meet residents, assess connectivity needs, and recommend fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and home solutions with paid training and coaching.

Earnings are uncapped based on performance. Starting base pay is $37,000 with a clear path to $85,000–$150,000 in total compensation through commissions.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable with outdoor sales in neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to learn product offerings and convey value clearly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable fiber internet solutions.
• Assist customers with orders, billing setup, and starting service.
• Use provided mobile tools to manage sales activity and customer information.
