Compensation:

First-year total compensation can range from $60,000 to $110,000, depending on performance. The base salary is $30,000 (excluding bonus earnings), aligning with NCH Corporation's salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary based on experience, education, training, location, merit, productivity, responsibilities, and travel. This range is one component of NCH Corporation's Total Rewards package. Please note that commissions, which can be substantial, are not included in the base salary and have no maximum limit.
