Job summary

Hibu is seeking an ambitious recent graduate to launch a career in digital sales in the Fargo area. As an Outside Sales Representative you will partner with small businesses to provide digital marketing solutions, deliver presentations, and build lasting client relationships.

We offer comprehensive training, a base salary with uncapped commissions, and an earning potential of $85k–$115k OTE. Hybrid schedule combines remote work and in-field visits.
