Job summary

Hibu is seeking college students or recent graduates to kickstart a rewarding career in sales. You’ll join an award‑winning training program and a supportive team culture designed to help you grow quickly in a fast-paced, high‑reward environment.

You’ll start with 3 weeks of classroom training, followed by 9 weeks of hands-on field coaching, and you’ll earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions with strong first‑year and second‑year earnings potential in a hybrid work setup.
