No optical experience is required, and we’re willing to train the right person with strong customer service and a desire to learn. The position pays $17/hour and offers hands-on training in the optical/eye care field.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly, professional manner
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Assisting patients with their optical needs
• Helping patients navigate their visit and understand next steps
• Performing front desk and administrative duties
• Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience
• Working closely with the practice team to keep the office running smoothly
