Job summary

Dycom Industries, Inc is seeking an Associate Analyst, Operations Support, to help drive system implementations and continuous improvement across the Program Operations Team in an office setting. You will perform reconciliations, analyze data, and proactively resolve risks affecting project timelines and financial outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Operations, Billing, and other teams to ensure accurate project setup, data integrity, and timely close-out.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• 0–3 years of experience in related environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven

Responsibilities

• Support operating companies with system implementation and disciplined post-implementation use.
• Create and maintain operational system training materials
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Billing to set up projects in related systems
• Master operational system data structures and support IT with test environment setup and changes
• Analyze operational trends and data discrepancies to resolve bottlenecks or risks before timelines
• Monitor data flows between platforms
• Track deliverable milestones and maintain audit-ready document control
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and close-out activities
• Review subcontractor invoices for production accuracy and proper accounting
• Partner with AR and Billing to ensure revenue recognition
