Job summary

OSI VISION LLC seeks a Business Operations Analyst I to support technology-enabled proposal operations and continuous improvement across BD, capture, and enterprise operations. The role involves gathering and synthesizing information, monitoring performance, and producing decision-support materials for leadership.

Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years in federal contracting, analytics, and process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in business operations, analysis, or proposal support.
Experience using enterprise AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for research and document development.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Research, collect, and synthesize information from internal and external sources.
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in business development and proposals.
Support market research, customer analysis, and opportunity assessments.
Develop findings and recommendations to support leadership decisions.
Assist with strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.
Track proposal schedules, milestones, deliverables, and workflow status.
Monitor metrics and identify bottlenecks or risks.
Support proposal reviews, gate reviews, and workflow governance.
Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams (BD, capture, technical, pricing, operations).
Develop reports, dashboards, and executive briefing materials.
Maintain performance metrics and KPI dashboards.
Document processes and SOPs; support automation initiatives.
