TEKsystems is seeking an immediate Financial Customer Service Representative to support registered shareholders in New York City. The role is contract-to-hire, fully onsite, with standard hours 10am-6pm on weekdays, and Saturday overtime at $27/hr. Requires own equipment and a degree.

The position pays $18/hr with overtime at $27/hr and is based in NYC, NY. Benefits and eligibility rules apply for a temporary role, with potential benefits including medical plans and retirement options.

• Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists.
• Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options.
• Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates.
• Log information into Access Database
• Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
