Qualifications

• Entry level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Fundamentals of Engineering exam encouraged for future PE licensing.
• Typically, Engineer Associate SG6 aligns with entry level for new grads; SG7 for 2+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology can satisfy the degree with a certified PE license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for TSOE applications, databases, reports, dashboards, and automation.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications, scripts, APIs, reports, and integrations.
• Create and support SQL, Oracle, and other queries for data analysis and insights.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for visibility and compliance.
• Support TPS, ODMS, facility ratings processes, and data quality improvement.
• Review outages, asset changes, engineering records, and system data for impact analysis.
• Perform root cause analysis for data quality and process issues to improve integrity.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to modernize data systems.
• Apply SME knowledge of transmission modeling, FAC-008, NERC, and related standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and increase data accessibility.
