Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring for an Oil Change Team Member to join our growing crew. No prior experience required; we provide training to become a lube technician who can perform basic maintenance and oil changes while you learn and advance within the company.

We offer paid training, opportunities to move up to shop manager roles, and a path from crew member to leadership. This is a full-time role with flexible schedules and competitive pay, including commissions where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
