Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join our team as Oil Change Team Members. No experience required; we provide paid training to become a skilled lube technician who can change oil, replace wiper blades, and perform light maintenance while you learn the trade.

This is a full-time role with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement. Earn up to $15 per hour plus base pay and commissions, with paid training and the potential for promotions to shop manager

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
