Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring Oil Change Team Members to join our growing crew across locations. No experience required—we provide paid training to help you become a lube technician who can perform oil changes, filter changes, and basic maintenance.

You can move up quickly, with many Shop Managers starting as lube techs and earning salaries and bonuses. Positions are full-time with weekly bonuses, same-day pay, and comprehensive benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age (over 16 years of age in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming)

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Perform coolant exchanges
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
